Technical Service Manager - Full-time

We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Service Manager / Small Works Estimator to join our team, based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide estimating and pricing support;

* Prepare timely and accurate quotations based on customer requirements;

* Prepare presentation packs for tender submissions;

* Work closely with management to review QC’s and problem solving;

* Work with internal teams to resolve various technical issues in a timely manner; and

* Ensure compliance in Health & Safety Regulations.

Key Skills / Experience Required

* Minimum of 10 years experience within the construction industry;

* Working knowledge of schedule of rates;

* Strong negotiation and communication skills;

* First class customer service skills:

* Numerate:

* Excellent time management and organisational skills;

* Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel;

* Flexible and adaptable to varying workloads.

Working Hours

8.00am - 5.00pm

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
